Wedding Planning and Design are two separate components that we offer individually or as a whole.

  • Planning services allows you to be as hands-on or as hands-off with planning your event. Planning ONLY focuses on coordinating, organizing, and making sure everything runs accordingly. This does NOT include decorating. Services are quoted according to details, size, and location of the event.

  • The Design/Decor services are priced according to your vision and budget. Designing focuses on the aesthetics of your event to create the atmosphere and mood you envision. This includes the decorations which can be any thing like rentals, table covers, backdrops, centerpieces, customized items, and more which is all based on YOUR budget. Please note that any fees like delivery, set up, and breakdown is not included. Also, some of the luxurious designs you may see on social media may not fit in line with your budget and that’s okay.

  • Starting at $500

    Process starts 2 weeks prior to your wedding familiarizing ourselves with your vision and plan! This package works best for couples that have everything planned and are simply looking for assistance on the day of the wedding in order to bring their hard work and vision to life!

    This package includes:

    ~ 1 Lead Day of Coordinator for up to 40 guest.

    ~Day of Timeline

    ~up to 3 hours of pre wedding prep

    ~ 1 hour of rehearsal execution

    ~up to 6 hours of Day of Coordinator coverage.

    ~ A point of contact for all your wedding vendors.

    ~Unlimited communication through emails, scheduled phone calls, and text.

    This service begins 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding plus everything listed within the Day of Coordinator package with a few more perks

    ~1 Coordinator per 50 guest

    ~up to 10 hours of Wedding Day coverage

    ~ up to 6 hours of wedding day prep

    ~1.5 hours of rehearsal execution

    ~overseeing setup and breakdown

    ~displaying any personal decor items like signage, a beloved ones photo, etc
